Bellboy as the first greeter has an important role in a hotel. Every hotel needs
bellboy for handling the guest luggage in check in, check out, and room change
processes. Besides, bellboy can also improve the quality service. This final project
is intended to describe the jobs of the bellboy, knowing the problems and giving
solutions of the problems of bellboy in Lor In Hotel.
The writer focused on the bellboy section on the job training in Lor In Hotel,
Business, Resort, and Spa. The writer did most of the bellboy jobs according to
the procedure and standardization in Lor In Hotel. The writer not only handled the
guest luggage but also handled the newspaper distribution, sent the letter and did
the errands from guest and manager.
Results indicated that the bellboy in Lor In Hotel has a role in improving the
service quality. The good work of bellboy influenced the guest satisfaction.
Besides, there were some problems happened and the solutions in doing the tasks.
There might be a need for upgrading the quality of the bellboy and some facilities
in Lor In Hotel

This study aims to examine the effect of the sales promotion to consumer buying behavior. Sales promotion contain price discount, coupon, buy 1 get 1 free, and free sample. The population of this study were Palembang community. Samples determined by using quota sampling method, so there are 100 respondens. Testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis method with
the help of SPSS Ver. 20. The test results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that price discount affect the consumer buying behavior, accepted. The second hypothesis (H2) which states that coupon affect the consumer buying behavior, rejected. The third hypothesis (H3) which states that buy 1 get 1 free affect the consumer buying behavior, rejected. Public Relations has an important role in a company.Public Relations
Ahmad Dhani School Of Rock has obligation to create or maintain positive image
through service and programs. The role of Public Relations as a mediator to
respond to complaint and provide information as well as the role of Public
Relations as the conceptor to create interesting programs. With it, the public will
have confidence in the music school of Ahmad Dani School Of Rock in Surabaya.
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the role of Public
Relations in the formation of the image of Ahmad Dhani School Of Rock in
Surabaya.
The cornerstone of the theory used in this study is the Public Relations and
corporate image. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach. The
population in this research is that all students are Ahmad Dhani learning School of
Rock, as much as 249. The sample in this study is that all students are Ahmad
Dhani learning School Of Rock for at least 15 years old some 130 people. The
sampling technique used is a purposive technique of sampling. Analytical
technique in the study is a simple linear regression.
Based on the description and discussion of the above, the following
conclusions can be drawn as a Public Relations role Variables have a significant\ud
influence on the Variable image of Ahmad Dhani School Of Rock. It is known
from the results of the test (t) indicates that the value of nilai thitung (6,988) > ttabel
(1,655) then H0 = disqualified.
Then the results of this research is that the role of Public Relations in
positive and significant impact the formation of the image of Ahmad Dhani
School Of Rock in Surabaya.

Self-actualisation is an interesting topic to be talked about in Indonesia, as Indonesian families still uphold filial piety very highly. Thus, the concept of putting forwards one�s dreams and wishes for one�s own future and brushing aside one�s parents� wants and plans is mostly unheard of. KERAGAAN GENERASI SELFING-1 TANAMAN JAGUNG (Zea mays) VARIETAS NK33
Corn is one of the cereal crops is one of the world's most important food in addition to wheat and rice. One of the efforts to increase maize production is to use high yielding varieties are hybrid varieties that are first generation elders from crosses between inbred strains are homozygous form to produce F ¬ 1 very vigor. The purpose of evaluating penelian selfing generation inbred lines of maize varieties - 1 NK - 33 and get a selfing - 1 strains are good for selfing - 2 activity.
The study was conducted at the Faculty of Agricultural Land trial UPN " Veteran " East Java. selfing - 1 strains are grown using the Randomized Rancagan repeated 3 times. Plants have a spacing of 70 cm x 20 cm with a single line. The statistical analysis used was analysis of variance to look for differences among strains and within strains. heritability to see genetic diversity. T test to compare the elders with selfing strain - 1 and chi square analysis to estimate the composition of the gene of interest is male. The best strain is strain S1 - 02. S1 -
04 and S1 - 06. Strain S1 - 02 showed the best performance for the character.

Pembuatan Cerita Rakyat Indonesia Malin Kundang Digital Dengan 3d Modeling Object Berbasis Android
The background of digitalizing one of the Indonesian folklores, Malin Kundang in 3D object modeling for Android is to reintroduce the story, which is not as famous as any other fairy tales from other countries. This application is USAble for Androids, which have been widely used nowadays. What makes this program different with any similar programs is the using of 3D object digital and its animation, and users can actively run the program and play the story, in which the learning method has been commonly applied for kids these days. This program uses Unity3D as the main software maker. On the other hand, Blender software is used to make the 3D object and its animation. This Blender application is also applied to convert the 3D type to .fbx so that the animation is able to be read and used. To support the 3D object digital, this applications is designed in 3D visual with narrative storyline and mini games. The 3D visualization presents the story in dialogues per scene by using 3D object and its animation, meanwhile the mini games put the story through the culture at that time. The output of this application is to let its users be aware of one of Indonesian cultures, which in this case is Malin Kundang the folklore, in more unique and authentic way
